Nars Turks and Caicos...

This morning I attended a little Nars event organised by Space NK, I had a makeover and purchased the Limited Edition Nars multiple tint in 'Turks & Caicos" and the 'Smudge proof eyeshadow base' as it was time for a new eyeshadow primer. The Nars packaging is so much more sleek and practical than the Urban Decay primer potion, I'll keep you informed on how it performs at a later date.
  • Smudgeproof Eyeshadow Base £18.00
  • Multiple Tint £27.00

Get ready to drool...

How amazing and bright is this multiple tint? It looks so vivid and perfect for summer! I LOVE it.

It applies with a sheer tint and has a glossy finish. The bright orange turns out to be a peachy shade but is buildable depending on the intensity you wish to achieve. This is definitely my summer must have blush, I plan on wearing this with a tan and nothing else on my cheeks.

The lovely Yummy Mummy Holly compared it to 'Ripe Peach' blush ombre by Mac, her words 'A glossy Ripe Peach' had me excited. It is quite similar to Ripe Peach, but without the pink undertones. Turks & Caicos is even prettier in my opinion. FYI: The swatch of 'Ripe peach' below is all of the colours swirled together with a light hand, the colour would have been a closer dupe if I only used the top peachy half.

I was also given a few samples to try including the Nars primer, Orgasm illuminator, Chihuahua & Greek Holiday lipgloss duo and a couple of other bits. Expect lots of reviews!

What is your summer must have blush?
Have you tried any of these products, if so what are your thoughts?

Wow Curcs & Caicos is a perfect taupe for Beauté Cosmetics liquid gel stain in Neon. I love this for summer, but I am almost out of it.

Beautiful color! I'm sure it looks amazing on you but on skin tone I may have to pair it with NARS Exhibit A blush....if you like Turks and Caicos and MAC's Ripe Peach...then i think you'll like Exhibit A.

strange question maybe, but is it sticky? I find the tarte natural cheek stains really sticky to apply, and these look similar...

I haven't bought Turks & Caicos yet, but I've been in and swatched it quite a few times - it's a beautiful colour for all skin tones. It looks like it might be too much for paler skin, but believe me it's not! Glad to know it wears well too.x

hi,
By any chance the Texture of Turks and Caicos similar to Just a Pinch Gel blush By MAC?
Muhsine Emin said…
@resham yes it is quite similar, just different packaging, the turks & caicos is a little sheerer and a tad more glossy than the just a pinch gel blush.

those colours look so strong in the stick form but so natural on your skin. wish i could wear cream blushes. it's wonderful to see different products being reviewed. these are probably some of the few NARS things that actually look yummy to me.

I didn't realize how sheer the NARS multiple tints were. The colors always looked super bright, I was scared. Now I want to try these. =)

Oh, Gosh! That Nars event sounds pretty amazing! I would love to attend one of those one day. I must say I am pretty excited about this limited edition collection of tints, and Turks and Caicos is definitely the happiest and brightest shade of the three.
I would love to see a look from you wearing it!
Take care, lovely!
