Ripe Peach and Ember Glow FOTD

Today, I was obviously going to play with my new goodies from Colour forecast! Here's a very simple look.




FACE:

  • Laura Mercier 'oil free tinted moisturiser' mixed with Bourjois '10hr sleep effect foundation'.

CHEEKS:

  • Mac 'Ripe Peach' blush ombre
  • Mememe Beat the blues 'Sun Beam' highlighter
  • Mac Matte bronzer

LIPS:

  • Mac 'Ember Glow' lipglass
  • Golden Rose nude lipliner

EYES:

  • Revlon Colorstay - (pale pink e/s) from the summer suedes e/s palette.
  • Eyeko Graffiti liner on upper lashline
  • Urban Decay 24/7 liner 'Zero' on waterline
  • Bourjois 1001 Cils Mascara in black quartz
  • Benefit 'Eye Bright' to highlight.

How do I wear peach?

The short answer is not as well as you do - those colours are stunning on you!

Very pretty and summery, which is nice now that we're getting a little glimmer of sunshine at last.

@Beth anybody can wear peach, it's very versatile and would work for ANY skintone, pale, olive, tan, deep - seriously any skintone can pull it off! Try it!

@Jody that's way too kind, thank you! :) Experiment with peach, I think you will like it, it looks extra special on pale skins! Buy a cheap peach lipstick and try it on your cheeks too to see if you like the colour on your skintone! X

@Noobarella thanks hun, Illamasqua lover is quite a close colour once you use ripe peach all swirled, maybe try that or keep looking? X

You look beautiful doll! Stunning and natural looking! Adoring that lipgloss, I had planned on buying it too! I cant wait to get Richer, Lusher! Ripe peach is beautiful too! I think with NYX Peach and MAC Peaches I will be able to acheive that same look or I'd go buy it! I had planned on buying Sun & Moon and Chic Couple. Is Sun & Moon very shimmery? For example, Cheeky bronze I will only wear as a highlighter, as I think its way too shimmery for all over the cheek! Even Warm Soul and Nuance are on the edge of being too shimmery but not like Cheeky Bronze. I like to add highlighter on top of my blush. Just want your fab. advice doll! I dont mind some shimmer just not too much where you couldnt add a highligter over top! Thanks and best wishes* ♥

@Sara thanks hun, sun and moon is shimmry but not glittery, i'm wearing it today and I used a highlighter on my cheekbones. It doesn't look over the top at all, hope that helps? X
