FOTD & The Body Shop!
Today was the day of the exclusive Body Shop beauty bloggers event in London, it's the 2nd time I attended and again like the 1st one it was a hit! It was hosted at the Gallery in Sketch, the location and set up was just divine. It was so lovely to meet up with fellow blogaholics again! :)
This was the make up look I opted for....

I went for something quite subtle but with a little twist. I used lilac on my eyes which I find just makes hazel eyes POP!

Cheeks: Barry M natural dazzle
Eyes: Urban decay Grifter (lilac) all over lid & Mayhem (purple) in the crease. Mac Humid on lower lashline. UD 24/7 liner in zero on outer upper lash & waterline.
Lips: Body Shop lipstick (64) - originally in the morning all I had on was some lip balm.
The Lipstick I am wearing is just GORGEOUS, I was having a good old rummage in the little goodie bag that they gave me and this shade (64) immediately grabbed my attention. It's the perfect grown up nude colour that doesn't look trashy! The texture is quite smooth and overall pleasant. I can't say much about the longevity or whether it's drying or not. But frankly I don't care. I just love the colour, it's like a cross between Mac's fresh brew which I love and Gosh Darling.

And here's what else was in the goodie bag, I have so much to fill you in on! The bodyshop are also launching a new and exciting organic skincare range which I can't wait for! I think I'm more obsessed with skin than I am with make up - most definitely! :)

Oooh and I'm liking the goodie bag! Could you please do a review/swatches on the lipsticks? I love the look of the two pinks on the second row left. They look lush!

I can see myself getting those marbelised blushers/powders.
The Body Shop perfumes always smell divine, it's kind of a foolproof investment perfume-wise.
Saying that, I spotted a new lip balm in store today, Apricot black velvet or something, definitely going to grab that next time! Was in too much of a rush to buy.
I know where I am off to for some new nude lippie – that color is perfect; exactly what I was looking for!
@Hijab-Couture it looks like a dark browny black but it's actually the colour of cherries, it's like a lipstick form of benetint cheek stain.
