Thank you for all of your kind messages, I am doing well and Esra will be 4 weeks on Friday! I haven't been able to update as things have been hectic anyway but on top of that I caught a cold and unfortunately passed it onto Esra. I have recovered but she hasn't just yet! :( She also has a bit of jaundice, some days we think it's cleared and some days it's still visible, we have an appointment on Friday with the doctor and she may refer her for photopherapy, we shall see! She is feeding well, having lots of wet nappies and still keeping us awake at night so the jaundice hasn't really affected her, it may even just be her complexion?! Breastfeeding is much better now and dare I say I may even be getting used to the sleepless nights? I have learned to apply my makeup in record time (when I actually decide to apply some) and have loved discovering some "shortcut" products along the way.
My little angel is sleeping right now which is why I am able to update! :)
Oh and also, some of you have expressed concern as you know that I am Turkish. My family is well thank you, we are from 'Bursa' which is on the complete opposite side of where the earthquake hit. May god help those families who have lost loved ones!Speak soon! xXx

What a precious little angel. She is so beautiful, mommma. Good job! Isn't it hard being a mom and trying to blog/do make up... it's almost impossible most days.
I hope she gets better from her cold... that's so hard/sad when they are this teeny tiny!
Thanks Sarah, yes it's hard but you are a perfect example of how it works! :) xx
Esra is soooo cute, bless! Hope you both recover soon! x

I'm so happy esra and u are doing well. I am also Turkish from Istanbul and everyone around me has been asking if my family is ok. And I was so confused because istanbul isn't even close to where it happened
My son had jaundice, I would recommend getting little Esra out in natural light as often as possible. I was advised to leave Tom next to a window during the day when he was sleeping.
It did work & prevented going down the light therapy route.
She'll be fine. x
I hope Insh'Allah her results come back clear! I know it's really worrying when it affects your own baby but most babies with jaundice recover very quickly so insh'Allah she'll be in perfect health :)
cok guzel! <3
Glad to see everyone is well! If phototherapy is in the cards, we did phototherapy at home. Only took 4 days...but my son did great. God bless and keep up the great job! xxx Mary
so cute with her hands held up whilst sleeping ;-)))))
I am also from Bursa :) Love from your hometown to both of you :)
