I am addicted.
Here's how I make 1 large Iced Coffee:
- Add a heaped spoonful of coffee. (I use Nescafe original)
- Add 3 spoonfuls of sugar - I have a sweet tooth. (I use brown sugar)
- Add half a cup of cold milk and stir vigorously (I use skimmed milk)
- Add half a cup of crushed or cubed ice. (I prefer crushed)
- Stir again and enjoy!
I add a lot of ice as it cools me down, once I have finished the iced coffee I am left with coffee flavoured ice cubes which taste amazing! The caffeine in the coffee also gives me a nice boost, but use decaff if you are wary.
Try it to beat the heat! :)

I have been making this since you tweeted about it! I use decaf coffee as i drink it at night and i use a blender because i like the very fine crushed ice. Sooooo yummy! :)
@Superficialgirl I still need to buy some decaff for night time cravings :) very fine crushed ice sounds lovelyyyy, I will try that too!
I am not really fond of coffee at all, but those pictures and your description really made me want to try this! I will try to do this as soon as I get home today. One question: Do you use any special tool to stir it all, or just a spoon?

I make a similar recipe in the blender - but I use 2 tsp of sugar...and maybe top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream once in a while :-)

I love iced coffee...another great tip is to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream instead of the sugar :) so nice and refreshing!

If you really wanna be naughty you can add lashings of whipped cream and cocoa powder...the skimmed milk means you can afford to treat yourself =D

i am obsessed as well, but i drink instant coffee (Neskafe as well) but you just need to add cold water and/or ice cubes. I absolutely share your love :P perfect summer drink :))Thanks for sharing your recipe!

@Rasha I use ysl touche eclat in number one, I use bobbi brown in the shade natural' I am a nc30-35, I always apply foundation first, then concealer and then touche eclat to brighten. hope that helps. xx
